ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sell and process merchandise in accordance with Salvation Army policy.
2. Perform duties as assigned by Store Managers:
a) Stocking
b) Running POS
c) Cleaning
d) Marking down
e) Ragging out
3. Greet all customers and donors and give prompt, courteous assistance to customers and donors.
4. Assists in the maintenance of the store to keep it neat, clean and organized.
5. Maintains assigned department within the store.
6. Maintain safety standards and report any hazards/problems to the managers.
7. Overtime: Any and all overtime must have the written approval of the supervisor. The supervisor?s initials must appear on the timecard besides the overtime hours.
8. Other written or verbal duties as may be assigned by your supervisors.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
? Must be able to operate POS/Cash Register.
? Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
? Willing to work Saturdays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
? Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks and miscellaneous carts.
? Ability to operate a telephone
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
? Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
