Commercial Insurance Account Executive


The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Must be Bilingual
Must have an active California P&C License
Must be familiar with quoting various carriers
Must be familiar with commercial insurance terminology and regulations
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Maintain assigned book of business , handle customer service , billing and client concerns by working with Customer Service and Management.
Process renewals and new business transaction files
Works closely with the customer service team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of policy status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities
Notify client of any policy changes, issues or updates. Make sure client information is updated and correct in the agency management system
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Account Producer and/ or Management.
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the agency.
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and agency, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Reports to the Operations Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

Account Manager / Executive Renewal Process
AM will be provided a list of renewals monthly for follow up
90 days prior to expiration Account Manager will send out renewal notices to all clients on renewal list
(Producers will be required to forward any renewal docs to AM for follow up and processing)
Account Manager will contact CARRIER / MGA to request renewal information / documentation if needed
Account Manager will contact client to assist with renewal ( AM is required to document renewal process in dm system)
Account Manager will process renewal paperwork and submit completed transaction file to customer service for processing
Account Manager will track renewal sales on excel spreadsheet
Note AM must include a minimum broker fee of 50 to 150 on renewals to qualify for commissions
Account Manager / Executive Cross Sell Process
Account Manager will quote the new policy, create the proposal, collect payment and submit a completed tfile to customer service for processing.
Account Manager will track cross sales on excel spreadsheet
Compensation is full time hourly.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
