SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the supervision of the operations of individual apartment communities in his/her portfolio. They supervise the staff and report to the Director of Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
1. Manage each community to ensure the accomplishment of the owner's goals and objectives. Each community must also be managed to comply with the individual management agreement.
2. Ensure the communities operate in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
3. Assure the communities are maintained in accordance with the standards and procedures established by the owner.
4. Manage the marketing programs.
5. Make regular inspections of the communities to ensure standards and procedures are upheld. Inspections include checking vacant units, make-ready units, and reviewing files for proper documentation.
6. Negotiate service contracts for the communities.
7. Other duties as assigned.
8. Customer service.
9, Attend legal cases (evictions, small claims)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to speak, read and write English
Spanish proficiency is an advantage
College degree preferred
Must be over 21 years of age
Must be proficient with MS Office
YARDI proficiency is an advantage
Operational experience as a property manager or site manager of large apartment community is preferred. Other related experience will be considered.
Very knowledgeable in online advertising
Must be accessible after hours for emergencies.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
