Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
Filter and qualify leads, ensuring that potential clients are connected with the appropriate team members.
Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure efficient time management.
Handle everyday administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Assist in promoting the company's services and maintaining a positive brand image.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM's and other relevant software applications.
Quickbooks experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
