Role Description Our company is seeking a full-time, on-site, evening shift print operator.
They will be responsible for operating the printer, troubleshooting, and quality control.
After completing the initial training period with our team during the daytime shift (1-2 months), this person will be tasked with operating the machine independently during the evening shift.
They will be working alone for the majority of the shift, so the operator should be someone who is comfortable being alone in a secure warehouse.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of digital printing experience and a working knowledge of graphic design.
It is imperative that this individual is self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of print production and printing techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them quickly.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Self-sufficient work style to complete jobs independently.
2 years in digital printing.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
Experience with UV printing a plus.
Be comfortable working alone during an evening shift.

00am) Responsibilities Ensure efficient printer operation and monitor for consistency between products.
Work collaboratively with other printers, designers, and production team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
Assist in maintaining machine inventory and supplies.
Work with technical support if any issues arise.
Be a team player and work closely with production manager to accomplish any other printing tasks.
Shut down machinery and close out warehouse to prepare for morning shift.
