Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to Retail Shops in a safe and timely manner.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations - Operate a Large Delivery van, and sedan.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment or manual labor - Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatch team - Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and invoices, are completed accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a professional and courteous manner - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role - Ability to operate various types of delivery vehicles, including vans, and sedans.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required - Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns - Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a reliable individual with excellent driving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
