The individual in this role collaborates closely with all departments to implement and uphold quality control procedures, document findings, and suggest improvements.

DUTIES Perform routine inspections and quality tests on products to ensure they meet the required safety and quality standards.
Familiarity with measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and logs; maintain or create Device Historical Records of quality assurance/control activities Communicate with sales/customer service for customer feedback Coordinate with production teams to identify and troubleshoot manufacturing defects or process inefficiencies affecting product quality.
Participate in the calibration and maintenance of quality assurance testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliability.
Communicate to production staff on quality control procedures, emphasizing the importance of compliance and attention to detail.
Provide support to other departments if requested.
