We are seeking a dynamic customer service-minded Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, while ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or directing calls to the appropriate department.
Return missed calls and handle follow-up communications as needed within a timely manner.
Provides timely responses to emails, maintaining a professional tone while ensuring emails are free of errors.
Addresses customer inquiries, directing customers to the appropriate team members, ensuring their needs are met.
Assists in retrieving customer information and invoices utilizing QuickBooks and other software.
Assists with special projects and assignments as needed to support the company's success.
Creates designs for company correspondence utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, and other software.
Maintains and updates spreadsheets and other documents as needed.
Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Cross train to provide support to Warehouse Associates as needed including, receiving, unloading, processing incoming inventory, and label and packing items.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in Office or Business Administration preferred 2
years' experience of office administration work experience Excellent listening skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and/ or adjust to rapidly changing business needs Proficient computer skills including MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.
) QuickBooks and Photoshop experience preferred Physical and Cognitive Requirements:
Stationary position - must be able to remain in a sitting position for prolonged periods of time.
Use of hands/fingers to operate a keyboard.
The Office Administrator will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
The Office Administrator will frequently communicate (written and verbal).
Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations.
The Office Administrator must have the ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs.
The Office Administrator must have the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
The Office Administrator must have the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
