We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cannabis Cultivator to join our team.
As a Cannabis Cultivator, you will be responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants in our greenhouse facility.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a passion for gardening and horticulture.
Duties:
- Plant, water, and care for cannabis plants throughout their lifecycle - Monitor and adjust environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and lighting - Irrigate plants using appropriate watering techniques - Apply fertilizers and nutrients as needed - Prune and trim plants to promote healthy growth - Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests or diseases - Harvest cannabis plants at the appropriate time - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cultivation area - Collect data on plant growth, yields, and other relevant metrics Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plant cultivation techniques, particularly in an indoor setting - Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape maintenance - Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and work in physically demanding conditions - Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in gardening and horticulture - Basic math skills for measuring nutrients and calculating plant requirements - Experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred If you are passionate about cannabis cultivation and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
