Understanding of product features and benefits to effectively promote merchandise.
Assist in organizing and maintaining product displays to attract customer attention.
Operational Tasks:
Handle payment transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
keeping logs and assisting inventory management and stock replenishment.
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other sales team members and management to achieve overall sales goals.
