The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office administration, and office management.
The candidate will also be comfortable working in a team environment and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones/ emails to communicate with colleagues and customers.
Schedule and Manage Field Technicians Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing Customers Manage customer information.
Data entry Sending daily Estimates/Invoices Report and log all off-normal activity Keep precise logs and records of all shift activity/ Customer services request.
Coordinate service calls needed and jobs.
Qualifications:
QuickBooks Job Scheduling Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent problem solver skills Ability to work and communicate among multiple teams and functions Proactive and able to multitask; a self-starter, that is effective working both independently and in a team environment.
Desire to learn and take on other responsibilities as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneDrive) Internet Explorer.
High School diploma Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
